Kilichicks Arrive in Africa (It may never be the same!)
Hi everyone. We are here safe and sound. A little panic at the airport in Killi. The last persons luggage off the plane was...Anne's! You should have seen her face and the sweat on her brow when she (and all of us) thought we would have to share..phew. This AM we woke up to a surreal vista with bright blue sky and the summit out our windows. What an amazing site. We have already been warned NOT to even think about riding the elephant who guards the pool! Wonder why they told us that!!!! Off on a practice hike and dinner in Moshi. Report from 10000 feet tomorrow. Love the Kilichicks xx00

What an extraordinary and brave thing to undertake!! We are so proud of all of you and wish you the safest and most exciting adventure! Hmmm.. Re: the elephant? Perhaps the altitude will force you to all behave just a little better than usual???

AAH man if i knew there were going to be elephants to ride I would have trained for months, sacrificed so much and ventured on a journey of a lifetime ;-) Way to go girls!!! You rock!!!
